5 Star Advertising Disclosure Policy
The 5 Star Affiliate Programs Blog features sponsored advertisers and would like to disclose the following relationships. We do advertising and PR for all the companies who are listed as Featured or 5 Star Programs in the right sidebar. We sometimes blog about these companies, do PR for them in the blog or forum or announce new products and services they offer. However we are not encouraging anyone to buy their products or spend money in any way. The advertising we do is to encourage affiliates to join their FREE affiliate programs and form a marketing relationship.
We often blog about other newsworthy affiliate marketing products and services and most often these are non-paid public service announcements. Sometimes we are given press releases to re-publish. We do not do paid reviews other than for sponsored advertisers as mentioned in the 1st paragraph.
In most cases we do not personally review any products, just pass on news as we find it. We often quote other sources of information or the manufacturer/product owner’s site. Any product feature, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer or provider.
Occasionally we may blog about a product or service and include an affiliate link. If you purchase a product via our affiliate link we may receive a commission for referring you.
Posts for our sponsors and posts that include affiliate links will be clearly marked at the bottom of the post.
