I recently promoted 2 of my favorite 5 Star Forum members to Moderator status. So my 5 Star “Mod Squad” just grew from one - starting with my “Main Mod” Stephen from Top Affiliate to 3, well 4 if you count me. I must have a pretty good “picker” because my 2 great new mods were each featured in the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times. They are both strong in the general Internet Marketing sector and the Blogging industry. Without further ado I’d like to introduce my new Mod Squad members now and show you the national newspaper articles they were each just featured in. We also have 2 new 5 Star Forums - details below.

Mike Dammann has been in the business of web site development since 1999. Mike mods several different popular forums under various screen names, so I’m sure you have met him somewhere. He specializes in multi media licensing and presentation for the entertainment industry as well as advertising online properties thru search engine marketing, targetted advertising and many more proven and effective methods of getting the ball rolling. As of late, Mike has also been specializing in helping bloggers get their Wordpress Blogs set up and hosted for a low fee. Mike’s primary business web site is: Blog Party Network. His comments about the big SEO contest were just featured in this Wall Street Journal article. He also just had a visit last night with a WSJ editor about a new top secret blogging project he is working on which will soon be announced.

My 2nd new 5 Star Mod is Teli Adlam. She is a wonderful writer and has a wealth of knowledge about business, marketing and blogging. Teli is a blog consultant and designer and I’m especially excited to be working with her because she has a new Affiliate Datafeed to RSS Program coming out for Wordpress Blogs. So she is well versed in both the affiliate marketing and blogging worlds and is building a “bridge” between the two. She has lots of sites but her main one is Destination Success. Teli was recently featured in the Sunday New York Times Magazine in an article on blog jargon (aptly named “Blargon”). Here is a fun thread in the 5 Star Forum about it with a link to the article.
