But their system appears to still be overwhelmed. I would have thought that the lessons learned from the controlled viral roll-out of Gmail would at least have been taken on board.

If G Analytics had been done in the same way as Gmail (by limited invitation only) all would be rosy.

Anyway, looks like a great opportunity for spammers if ya ask me.
