Trust, clarity and affinity are all critical elements of the design, as they move a consumer to a point where their interest triggers further action. We find that when we combine elements such as videos, testimonials and clear product benefits, we see consumers action rates improve. Unfortunately, because of prior abuses, most web consumers are very wary of some offers.
