I’m guessing that the $9.95 to $47.00 is the recurring monthly price, so it’s not really a 700% commission – since the commission payment is a one-off. Still a good offer though.

Well it’s 7 times the initial purchase price which is still pretty good. Someone could cancel after month 3 and they’d be out the money they paid in commissions.

That’s true. But, usually changing email mailing list services is a pain, so once they have a customer they will probably keep them for years. I wish iContact offered a recurring comission structure.
