When you do have high-earning affiliates, help them, praise them, pay them bonuses, phone them, give their site publicity on your site. Send them flowers, champagne or chocolates… Pay them a special high commission… Do whatever you can to keep them loyal and enthusiastic. It’s cheaper than finding new ones!
