I’m on vacation, but wanted to pass on a quick update about the advertising tax issue.

The number of states that have affiliate sales tax legislation planned or pending is growing rapidly.  So far California, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, North Carolina, and Tennessee are the states we know about. We need to mobilize affiliates in all of these states to fight these bills that could significantly impact affiliate’s income.
