Discover the Best Directories for Google PR and Increased Traffic
Looking to build your PR and traffic? I just found a gold mine! I have been researching directories to add my sites to but going one by one to check out the PR of each, Alexa rank and the cost for the good ones has been a royal pain. I was reading a great thread over at DigitalPoint: What paid directories do you use? As I was researching some of the ones that DP members think are best, Google helped me find the following tool which will be a huge time and money saver for me. So thought I would share!
In my case for example, I’m not doing directory listings just for PR like some webmasters would. I also want listings in directories busy enough to potentially send some targeted traffic to my various sites. I also don’t care that much about the cost. I have ad money to spend but DON’T have any time to waste submitting to directories that will be a waste of energy.
This directory of directories, lists ALL the good directories and you can sort by Alexa ranking, PR or price. VERY comprehensive! Guess what I’m doing this weekend? You got it – more directory submissions. http://www.seocompany.ca/directory/web-directories.html
I think I need to add a new blog category called “tools” so that it’s easier for readers to find some of the great SEO and keyword tools out there that I end up blogging about.
What are your fav directories and why? Come discuss it at the 5 Star Forums!

This consists of two key steps:
1. Finding good-quality sites that might offer back-links
2. Actually getting a link in the first place.
