They spent a ton of money on the server set up with a reputable high end host. Somehow the databases just crashed. He told me how many sales they made in just a couple minutes at one point when the servers worked and people could get to the order page. Just crazy! Just heard from Anik. Wow, that's not bad at ALL! I still can't get in, every time I try the site is down. They're either crushin it or Anik strangled their host. ;-) Haven't wanted to bother him during launch to ask.
