You can read more about the NY affiliate tax issue at the link in my sidebar above. It's not at all about affiliates have to pay tax or saving tax. It's about some merchants that have expired all their NY affiliates due to a new NY tax law. So all those affiliates have lost income. It's a big issue and Amazon and Overstock have lawsuits against the state of NY over it. Any time we can get out of taxes and get more money legally it's big news! I think that everyone should definitely contact their senators on this one, we could keep a lot more of the money we earn!
