Oh brother that is just so insane. So basically the state is going to possibly veto and enforce an unconstitutional tax to make up for the states poor budgeting. This needs to be stopped. How many times must the small business owner be skinned to make up for our governments inability to manage the business of government.Especially in the current economic crisis that is already punishing everyone.

Linda this is a bigger problem than most realize. I am going to post about it right now on http://relevantlyspeaking.com . This issue can spread across all forms of media according to the IAB lobbying group we are a part of…. the affiliate tax is the tip of a much bigger iceberg.

This is also why the newly forming PMA http://www.performancemarketingalliance.com is so essential and need everyone in our industry to get behind. Lets all work together.

I am from the city and state of NY and this makes me want to MOVE!
