I&#039;m sure they don&#039;t understand the industry like we do. But I think they are having to learn.

However I did hear affiliates ask the question do we have to collect and pay tax back when this all 1st hit and people were confused.  I&#039;ve also heard the question, do networks have to pay tax since they are paid a %? Neither Q makes sense because neither entity is actually making a consumer transaction.  So NY has probably had those questions asked enough times they felt compelled to spell it out.</description>
