computer sleep I’ve blogged before about the health risks of working online. My chiropractor says sitting for long periods is the worst thing you can do to your back and says working 12-15 hour days sitting on my tail is going to kill me. He means it figuratively - not literally.

However the New York Times over the weekend had an interesting article about full-time bloggers that have died.

The story line suggests the rigors of the 24/7 Internet world we live in creates pressure for bloggers to always be ON, trying to scoop the next story, literally blogging until they drop. I don’t think blogging or Internet stress killed these 2 bloggers or gave Om Malik his recent heart attack, as the article sensationally suggests. After all Michael Arrington and Darren Rowse are still alive and kickin. It’s still an interesting article that wanna-be pro bloggers may want to read.
