		<description>Hey Stephan, thanks for the tip. I&#039;ll have to try that. I&#039;m trying to gradually cut back and supplementing with Yerba Matte which is another herbal elixir of the Gods that has miraculous health benefits.  I drink instant coffee (and prefer it) so I don&#039;t think I&#039;m even getting that much kick from it - it&#039;s just a bad habit that&#039;s hard for me to break.

I&#039;ll have to try Kombucha.  Thanks!</description>

		<description>I am a big caffeine junky myself. Have you tried Kombucha tea? I tried some this weekend and didn&#039;t need caffeine for the day. I tried it before I knew what it was and then did my research. The stuff has been around for thousands of years and is considered by some to be an elixir of life. I don&#039;t know about that claim, but it definitely got me moving.</description>
