I think the key here, is that students were notified in advance of the changes and given the opportunity to adjust accordingly.

It sounds to me like Anik and Jeremy did just that PLUS went the extra mile to make it work out as well as it possibly could.

I’d like to add a thank you to Jeremy for providing the ebook at no charge. Many of my forum members are grateful and have posted their thanks too. Additionally, best of luck with the new community Jeremy. I look forward to it!

Really sad how he treated the members of PPC CLassroom. Set that up, got all kinds of noobs really psyched that they would be working with and learning directly from him and then bailed.

One more example of everything’s that wrong with the whole “Guru” culture in IM.

I’m quite shocked and disappointed that you would leave this kind of feedback. If you only knew what kind of work went on behind the scenes. I dedicated 6 months of my life to PPC Classroom. 3 months before launch, and 3 months after. During this time I put my affiliate business, QYDJ, and most importantly my family on hold. I’m not sure you can fully appreciate what kind of sacrifice this was for me.

Unfortunately, it was unrealistic for me to continue juggling all of these balls. Something had to give, and it wasn’t going to be time with my family, or my primary income/liveliehood (my affiliate business).

I suppose it’s easy to be critical when you only see a small part of the complete picture. I won’t say that some of your criticisms aren’t valid. Yes there were some hiccups along the way, but every time there was a hiccup, both Anik and I went above and beyond to correct it.

After a lot of thought and consulting with friends, family and trusted business colleagues I decided that I needed to reset my priorities, which led me to change my business model.

Rather than build a product/site where people rely on me to provide new content, feedback and support, I’ve decided it made more sense to make QYDJ a community resource where everybody who cared could and could lend a hand would get involved. Not only does this make the site better, but it allows me to have a life away from my computer monitor.

I also want to add that Anik has done a tremendous job of filling any gap I may have left. He’s lined up a 5-star faculty that can offer 10x more than I could alone.

Just to clarify a bit. He did not really “bail” on anyone. He was there for an entire 3 months to work with the students and did so very actively.

However, at the end of that period it just became too much and he needed to get to his business. But before ANYONE was charged anything for the continued education, we made sure that there was full disclosure and we also brought in another amazing PPC expert to continue the support.

The students inside PPC Classroom currently continue to be very impressed and are ecstatic about the training going on.

We even recently did a full disclosure webinar with Amit Mehta where he revealed an entire active campaign that is making money using the content network.

Jeremy was very up-front about everything and he way more than over-delivered on his initial promises to the students.
