My site was always down! when I first got my own site about 4 years ago, I used to host with yahoo, and every week, my site was down AT LEAST 4 TIMES. 4 times!!! I liked the cheap prices and the brand name. "It's yahoo!" I thought. "Can't go wrong there". But as it turns out, that was one of the worst experiences ever. They have a 24/7 customer service number which is no good if your site is down. Coz the rep at the other end CANNOT help you. All they say is, "I'm sorry, sir. We'll give you a credit on your account." I don't want a credit! I just want my website to work! Yahoo.com is hardly ever down. Why is my site, hosted by yahoo! down? that is exactly why I left yahoo.
