As a publisher I used to manage our Performics account. They have a very user-friendly system and they are certainly a fast growing network. However, I felt like their merchant representatives were unresponsive and uncaring. It took me months of emailing to finally get a phone list of all their reps. And then when I tried to talk to reps on the phone I NEVER was able to speak to a person (always voicemail) and nobody ever called me back. I felt like they could care less about my concerns even though our sites were making them over $10k per month.

Hi Hock. As a consultant I try to be familiar with most of the networks but just never joined Performics. It’s been on my to-do list to join and take a look at their interface ever since G came on the scene.

I think if they play their cards right they could take over the lead and will just continue to get more and more merchants after the Google deal is sealed. So ya if I were you, I’d get on it!

I’ve been an affiliate with Performics for quite a while but have never done much with them. Perhaps it’s time for me to take another look at their network. Thanks for the update!
