With all the M&A action of late in the online advertising space I can’t help but wonder who’s going to snap up ValueClick (VCLK). It’s ripe for the picking! Potential suitors include Yahoo (YHOO), Time Warner AOL Unit (TWX), News Corp (NWS) and Microsoft (MSFT) . I’m hearing more and more speculation that it could be Microsoft, even though they just recently acquired aQuantive.

“Cramer’s Mad Money Recap” reports: “Before Microsoft’s acquisition of aQuantive, aQuantive was in merger talks with ValueClick, Cramer explained. Now Brian McAndrews, the former CEO of aQuantive, is a “key player” in Microsoft’s online ad business, and Cramer believes ValueClick still has a chance of getting bought out.”
